Thats useless topic, thats why i never mentioned anything about it. People getting attaching to company? LMAO

I have seen many people who work HARD and when I observed them closely, it’s repeated tasks like they would be processing failed orders manually one after the other manually all night. Never fix the infrastructure tuning that’s leading to failures. I never judge a person without knowing complete history. How can you come in to conclusion that he belongs to such category who cant figure out things? We know nothing about him right? Or do you know about him?

Yes, we are always solution minded(many of us), We cant simply let it leave and stay there, We always think the way to fix the things properly. We never hesitate to learn new things, its in our blood(indians).

I did not come to a conclusion regarding this guy. I feel sorry for him that he lost a job but I absolutely hate his wife’s post about it and his achievements. It’s easy to blame a company but it’s rewarded him for 25 years. Where is the mention of that? You don’t value something that’s your livelihood for 25 yrs but want your services to be rewarded. Double standards, aren’t they?

I am judging his wife but not him. He may be good or not. I do not know.

I am saying ppl who talk abt working HARD most times (actually 100%) of it coz they are used to it and love doing so. If you don’t believe me, take a couple of people from work who work HARD and get to know their work and why they work long hours.

Bro, as you said earlier you fixed the pipeline and fixed 90% of things, Then see the wife also same way. she wrote to appreciate her husband and in some pain, she might have taken some liberty to express her views or could be overflown emotions. why cant you have empathy on her and leave that unnecessary topic and why cant we focus on useful things here?

Manam 100 vintam, prathi daniki react avvanavasarm ledu kada, whats the point of pointing her? does it have any value? by judging her?

Bro everyone will have examples in daily life. its okay.

I have a colleague in previous company, from europe(citizen here). He started as admin, testing, finally in to coding over the years, they are very slow in processing the code and logics. You don't believe, I explained the business logic  every other day to him. he was always willing to learn but i was never angry on asking repetitive things. We have to accept the persons as they are and in the work environment it is vital and key in having good work relationships.

Look at the flow of comments. My initial comments abt Hardwork was general, not wrt this person. And my first post was also to not be emotionally attached to company.
after that it was a conversation between you and me about the post. That’s all.

I may have been harsh or judgemental but reality is like that. I have a lot of problem with what she wrote blaming company and others. Read her post once again. What type of message does it give to people with below message?

I don’t need pity. I just need someone to know what this world does to the people who give it everything — quietly, consistently, and without everasking for more,” she conclude

I will end the topic here between us.

I will stay on same stand

We don't know what made her to say those words? you dont know her, i dont know her

There can be something more which she didn't want to disclose? we dont know bro

then why judging just based on two lines of her statements?

I only say have some empathy thats it and leave it.

It was a little insensitive post about the name of the operation. I agree but it did not need the reaction you gave. Not every body is serious about everything. Like you said perspectives. In fact I liked what someone suggested - ‘Operation Lakshmi’.
This time in my India visit, I watched some TV. I watched pro-TDP media, pro-YCP, pro-Congress and pro-BJP. 24X7 it’s banana of their party and throw mud on other parties. Same incident and fact how it’s twisted in each channel. Every  household watches only the media as per their convenience of caste/religion. They do believe everything being told there is truth. Same with social media.
my point being, two people who are pro-TDP and pro-YCP cannot come to a middle ground on an incident. They are all brainwashed and think the other person is idiot.
Politics/caste/religion/nationality divide people. That’s the bottom line. We all lose our sanity and become irrational when a question arises on what you believe is truth. YOU JUST DONT KNOW ABOUT IT. Reality is lost in hate.

We are different people, different thoughts. I may not see things the way you see. But I do understand your point of view and respect it even though I may not agree with it. No conclusions, we evolve or sometimes even opinions change.
