Haaa. thats not a worry... US have very strict norms in place for this. Only sites outside USA are in UK or France. Some in Netherlands...

US did not offer manufacture or even assembly of parts in China. 

So many Chinese students very highly competitive Engineering courses in USA, UK & Europe Unis means they definitely have something. When I went into Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial & Kings College almost all the International students are Chinese... Their Gov pays upfront all the fees and expenses.

Almost all Apple iPhones are made in China. Same is the case with most of the high-quality products. Can China replicate them based on Assembly lines production is a question that remains unanswered.
