Purchased the CA house on 10/20/2023. Still owns the Bothell house, which is available for rent at $3950/month starting June. Absolute ass of a guy. Egoistic to the max. I had bad luck of him being my interviewer - worst interview ever. He shattered my confidence. Looking back, good that I was rejected early on.
