There is no harm in explaining. They got lot of natural resources and Indian diaspora especially Guyana

No one cares.. especially these small countries are of no use.. there is no vote in UN on this issue now.. 

they better focus on the big countries who have a bigger say in the world matters like France, UK, Germany etc

Anna take it easy.  indian partners/friends needs to be briefed, We got long term relationships with these countries. Guyana gave open damiki to west on sanctions related to exploring natural resources. Tomorrow it could another qatar.

You dont want to be in position that even your friends stand against you. Thats why they split the groups and send it to important countries to what they feel not what we both feel.
