When Cbn is concerned only about ploughing all money on bunch of villagea

 

Focus will only be on those villages

 

He could spend 40 - 50% of that on Vizag and get world class city much much much sooner 

 

Such a pity AP cannot have a true metropolitan city like Vizag as capital
