body produces it naturally kada, If your levels are low then may be needed

I know people use it but I'm of the view that supplements should only be taken if you are deficient and if your body can not support it naturally, I could be wrong though, db arm chair experts can throw light

Don't take unnecessary supplements...long term lo addamaina side effects ostaay...

only take it if you are into muslce building and extreme workouts ... it helps you to do long workouts

It should be taken only when you workout. Before or after. After tiskunte it’s more beneficial.

I’ve been taking creatine for a year now, and the biggest change I noticed was in my strength during workouts. Noticed quicker recovery too. If you're consistent with your workouts and water intake, creatine gains can be really solid over time.

It can be taken with or without workout. You ll have extended energy. You ll have more mental benefits than physical. So don't believe if someone says dont take it ani... Creatine production reduces by age and after 40 even low.. Take it if you see benefits
