You can pay tax, but it doesn't give you a "right" to our ports. It only gives you access. I am not saying that we will deny you access, but it is not your "right".

Looks like you have misconception about taxes and the rights the states infer. 

Tax gives uniform access to resources. 

For eg., Iron ore mined in Jharkhand, Coal in Bengal is accessed by coal and steel mills without Jharkhand demanding a royalty or extra pay. TAX guarantees uniform access to resources including coast lines and facilities.

What are you talking about? If Telangana has a right to Andhra Pradesh ports, why have they been asking to lease a port in Andhra Pradesh for the last year. They don't own or lease any ports in Andhra Pradesh, but they can be given access to ports if they ask for it at a mutually agreeable rate.

Sea coast ki sea port ki teda vundi bedaru…TG is asking for control over a part of Kakinada port which Andhra does not want to…anthe kani Andhra cannot deny access. You are clubbing both issues..
