What's wrong in asking? It's up to Andhra govt. to decide. If you don't permit, they will chose an alternate anyway.

I am not saying Andhra Pradesh Government shouldn't give them access to ports. Just saying that Telangana doesn't have a right to Andhra Pradesh ports.

Vizag Port is a different story. Even AP doesnt own it. VIzag port is a Major port so it is under central governament control.

Kakinda is a minor port. That's why it is under state control. 

TG vallu share enduku adugutharu? Adigina AP vallu enduku istharu? That is out of question.

Looks like TG just want to use port like any other business. Seems already send chesthunnaru. Evari help adaginattu leru.

It appears there are still undivided assets in civil supplies. They're asking for godowns.
