Home buying question

Hi everyone, I need advice! I'm considering buying a home, but there's a drainage easement running between the lot I want and the adjacent one. I spoke with the builder, who said it’s not a big deal since it’s underground and won’t affect daily life or resale value. However, I’m unsure about what a drainage easement entails. Is it safe to proceed with this lot? It’s the only one that fits my preferred home plan, so I’m feeling a bit stuck. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

all roads have few drainage easements. its just an opening to the drainage pipes that run underground. should not effect the home in any way. just have to be careful walking near it as it can twist the foot.

What about fire line in front of house?

same. just an outlet for the water pipes running underground. ofcourse you cant park infront of it.
