Morethan half population still surving on food grains distributed by govt.

2/3rds of the population depends on agriculture and produce more than we need…

To help the 2/3rd of the population get decent returns on agriculture, the govt. has to distribute grains to 50% of the population.

It’s okay, we have come so far from where we were, the future is only looking bright. If we continue at the same pace, in 20 to 25 years, we will be neck to neck with China and USA.

if you have a maths simulator... take these

India at $4T with a 6-7% growth

China at $19T with 4-5% growth

and

USA at $31T with growth rate of 3-4%..

and let us now how many years it takes to even come closer to China or USA.

Problem is that these are anticipated growth rates. It could be more or less.

Emo naku doubt ye, growth oka number ipoyindi. Quality of life is going down is what I observed from this year's trip. I can definitely say we lived in better conditions than the kids growing up now in India.

@Konebhar6 what's your take from your trip? It's gotten to a point it's impossible to shield yourself from the ills no matter where you live.

Good n bad as always with India. I don’t see much change except nicer communities, nicer cars. once they come out it’s same. Traffic bad. No civic sense among people - Biggest problem. If you get closer to your relatives/friends, you will be asked money even by good people.
But it’s all about choices. I don’t have expectations better than this so i would love to move back.
My choice is to buy a nice villa in outskirts ORR, nice car and enjoy life.
Income plan is already set

Villa car income all ok anna but you can't shield from air, water and land pollutions. Every stream is filled with plastic which will end up in our water, air pollution gurinchi cheppalsina avasaram ledu still diesel dominating and farm burning everywhere. Land motham plastic and pesticides, inthaki mundu weeds ni manushulu teesevallu ipudu labor dorakka herbicides use chestunnaru. Pesticides kuda work avatledu sarigga because of overuse. Cancer rates will explode, already increase ayyayi.

Inka hyderabad datithe antha open drainage kampu and dumping everywhere. No city planning even for new areas. People living like pigs everywhere.

I'm now rethinking my moving plan because of what I witnessed.
