Arrival lo, departure lo problem ledu, for most people… the issue is with the layover airports.. they have to change gates and terminals either in Middle East or London.. that is a big challenge for everyone.. Europe airports are very difficult to navigate.. 

One time, my parents struggled in London airport and almost missed their flight as some paki attendant left them midway at the end of the terminal asking them to take an elevator.. luckily someone helped them out of their way by walking to the other terminal gate.. I never took American/British after that..

now my parents don’t use wheel chair anymore as they learned now and I always take Emirates when they travel even if it is expensive.. 

we all need to help old people when we are traveling.. help them with changing gates..

Needs to sell the home and move. Relocation will cost 5 to 10k. Home selling he will lose 50k in the current market. After moving to Chicago what's the guarantee that the contract will be extended after the end of the year when the current contract expires..
