car insurance claim question

Stop sign deggera, somebody hit my car from rear, back bumper damage ayindhi na car ki

vadiki emi kale , vadu insurance details ichi vellipoyadu, he did not ask my details

na insurance ki call chesi claim start chesa, 

rear bumper one baga damage ayindhi from hit ,  front bumper kuda light ga damage ayindhi (not big) not sure if this is pre existing one

front dhi kuda include cheyala claim? any issues?

vadu back nunchi hit, na car back bumper damaged

while checking car after hit, saw small crack on front bumper too...not sure crack on front bumper was there before hit or not.

only back bumper e claim cheyala safe side ki

sometimes back impact valla front kuda minimal damage ostadi...try it out

Why don’t you explain this to insurance guy and let them figure out or take a decision.
