In UK, options are investing on parking lots, fish and chips, industrial ware houses, Scotch exports and off-license shops.

Car washing and car servicing stations too giving hell of dividends

Those are high pressure environments. Perform or get sacked laga untindi. It comes under front office roles, mostly in office work. Post 40+ one should focus on leaving the corporate grind is what I believe, build passive income stream by then and work on something that you like doing.

ఇప్పుడు ప్రతి work environment …అలానే ఉందిగా…

నా పాత కంపెనీలో…మాకో option ఉండేది…they used to encourage cfa certification and they pay the exam costs…and offer some  fees discount in reputed universities for tuition like cfa and mba..etc

while working if you do the cfa…that will guve bigger boost in the career…

Ivanni vintaniki baane untai ... its not easy to manufacture, maintain quality & standards, maintain inventory, find buyers and finally Supply Chain. Very capital intensive. Not an option unless you find an angel investor.

April lo India vella. 1 Week Gurgoan lo unna. Surprised to find liquor stores half the size of Costco and open in morning. Found from a friend that prices are half of what you get in other states since its in Haryana and taxes are less. I was also surprised to find a beer called BroCode that has an ABV of 15% available in 330 ML. Did not have courage to try it.

Its a good option in india. Less than 50 lakhs to start this business.
