It is legit. But service would be poor. These websites owned by wholesalers whom buys the tickets bulk from airlines and sell to Retailers. Indeed the ticket will be issued, but the communication would be poor.

Cancellations, reschedules, any other things post booking the ticket would be tough from any third party websites or travel agencies. Booking directly on Airlines website is always better though expensive
