I went by Air India and would always support them. I can overlook entertainment system (it worked but old movies), felt starved and drinks served only once entire duration, toilets, not friendly staff, but it’s difficult to overlook schedule changes frequently. You don’t know when they will cancel flight or change. Did not happen to me but my friend travelled 4-5 times and happened more than 50% of times. Another reason is when I go I hate to collect luggage from Delhi and move domestic. Quote
