Pakistan had a huge Hindu population pre partition. Even immediately after partition there was about 20-25% Hindu population. 

Had Pakistan been a part of India, Hindu abduction, conversions, and murders wouldn't have happened  at the scale that we witnessed. I would say the same about Bangladesh. 

It's NOT natural and not inevitable. By that logic, Moslems in India are more in number than Moslems in Pakistan so it should be made Islamic Mulk. That's not how it works. Only India  was made to loose territory, not once but multiple times and it's deliberate.

Regarding Conspiracy theory part, those that hold power write the history it's not necessarily true all the time. Nehru's grand father adopted Gangadhar name somewhere during sepoy mutiny period, as British went on rampage agianst Moslems fearing a military threat to their position in India by moslems.
