It's not about the feed. It's about replies to the feed. the feed is fine, but the comments below it to read people's views are not worth anymore.

Just click “not interested” on topics or people you don’t want to see anymore.. 

on desktop, you will be able to clear all your watch and search history on X.. 

it is just like YouTube or Facebook.. you are fed what you watch more..
