eat before 3-4 hrs before u sleep (its a must to loose weight). if u eat just before u sleep, all the food will be converted to fat and will not be used becoz u sleep n don't do any work.

one month dinner lo rice avoid cheyyi mama. chapathi or salad thinu dinner lo. u will definitely c the difference.
eat 4 times a day instead of 3 times(3 times thine food quantity ni 4 times lo thinu.)
