white rice lo carbs ekkuva.  kaani manam rice lekunda vundalem , so day ki one cup chaalu.
ika milk antaava... start off with 2% milk and then slowly move to 1% and fat free milk. (nenu ilaage chesaa).
veelainantha varaku stairs ekkadam w/o taking lift, walking here and there whenever u can  etc.. also can help.
nite neeku perugu/buttermilk tine alavaatu vunte tagginchadaaniki try chey. have it for lunch (try also fat free). dinner maatram must n shud ga 3 hrs before u sleep kaanichey. (every piece of it shud digest before u sleep).
drink lots of water all day (how much ever u can, so it reduces hunger).
eat more protein food, so that vaati digestion ke ekkuva calories kharchu avuthai. u can eat almonds, raisins, all fruits etc..
breakfast ki take plain oatmeal cereal w milk. reduce sugars and salt as much as u can.
sleep for 8 hrs.

nenu ivi follow avutunna w gym appudappudu... ippudu weight konchem better... nuvvu try chey mama.. slow ga .. u will get good results.. but time padutundi..
