Spartan Posted June 2 Report Posted June 2 Someone fell prey to one of these scammers called smart green card program; paid 15k but received no help. Only got access to program management portal with bunch of tasks assigned to me. No actual help. Ended up doing all the work myself including significant changes to the petition. Ended up getting NOiD but was able to successfully overturn it with no help from the scammer or the lawyer. Good luck Quote

They charged me high in begining and later some students in their group will encourage the same BS, only smart part is the main guys don't do explicitly. He found some fools who do it without him being part of the process. He recommended paying for marquis who's who scam, globee, IEEE Sr, IETE, Forbes and all such not so extraordinary things. Charges separately for expert letters, he uses his own expertise exclusively to his students. Same with his Forbes membership, it's like creating independent EB1A pipeline to fool USCIS. I also learned about retaliation, once they find anything negative about them online. Many students were sent legal threats demanding $25000. Guys, please don't fall for any such services. Quote
