Promotions at workplace shouldn't be allowed for childless people by the government?

Agreed. More children should be a criteria for promotions too. I bet our mullah brothers will rock the corporate landscape. Over to mullah cheer leader @Raisins_72

That would lead to stress and societal breakdown again.

So how can we justify this riddle? Have children but wear latex or rubber after 1 or 2?

Becuase mullahs are repelled by rubbers. We can use this as a caveat.

Let’s say “Make rubber great again”

This might trigger some people but hear me out.

Being childless is like a pandemic. They don't know what to do with their time and spend more time in office spoiling the work culture. This leads to even more people not bearing kids due to stress.

I have noticed this at many companies. People with kids are usually better managers on an average. Satya Nadella became a better leader after caring for his son.

Nothing against people who couldn't bear children....but one of the main reasons why that happened is most probably due to childless people again.

We are in a society and choice we make impacts others.

asalu how? ela ? I know many couples who made choice to not breed and yet not interested in their daily jobs...does whats required or far less...so this generalization has nothing to do with child bearing capability...ppl who dont manage or balance between family and work comes in all shapes and forms Annayi..

You have some issues dude. You always find faults with others. You can't co-exist with others in the society. People like you should be banned from having children. It will have toxic effect on kids.

I remember you having posted similar thread in the past complaining about desi families and your family/kids being unable co-exist with them.

Everyone has his/her own priority. Probably, having kids is your priority. For others, it could be financially being independent or progressing in career is the priority.

Instead of having contempt against each group in the society, live and let live. Learn to co-exist. Don't expect everyone to live as per your wishes.

If they aren't interested in daily jobs, they should be fine to be passed on promotions.

If they want to climb up the ladder, they can still switch jobs at a higher level.

That way they will get a promotion based on their knowledge and not on how much overtime they do.

Looks like you got triggered and logic went out the window.

You are free to skip this thread.

Children are a waste of expense...on an average you will spend at least $1M for each kid you make. It is not anyone's responsibility to save humankind from being extinct.

Besides if you have a lot of time, you can always travel the world than change diapers. Most parents who regret having kids don't say it out loud because it is offensive but it is the truth.

Not everything should be based on money. They will depend on other's kids once they get old though.

Lol, not triggered, just stating the facts looking at your pattern of contempt on certain groups. Earlier..on desi parents, now on childless people.

You can't expect people not to respond when you post BS on the public forums.

If you don't have answers, you can ignore my reply and continue with your BS. This is public forum, don't expect everyone to post as per your liking. Learn to co-exist.

Like any human relationship, there will be a period of regret.

If that is the reason you are having kids, better to buy healthcare insurance.

Why are you making a choice that you will regret? Peer pressure is the only reason people have kids. Either that or a you didn't pull at the right time.
