Mountian house nunchi Oakland ki ravalante..

50min to BART..akakd nunch McArthur switch and then another bart to oakland..bay area mottam tirgali except northbay.

Union City try chey…under rated but desi gallu bane vuntaru…you might find a cheaper rental than in fremont…its 15 mins drive to oakland…BART aithe 3 stops

Oakland not a good place to live. Oakland Hills OK. If schools are not an issue check Alamo, Richmond Hilltop area (San Marcos apartments, Bellavista apartments), Pinole/Hercules. 

Pleasant Hill, Concord are better places and BART connectivity OAK easily. 20 mins. Walnut Creek has good schools. 
If you wish to travel by car and need desi places - San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton. 
Mountain House is too far but will be cheaper for you. It would be 50 miles daily 1 way.

are you single or family with kids to go to school ?

 

if you are single you can check bart route map and stay where ever you can afford . If you have kids going to school - Warm springs , fremont area . as starter .

Thank you all for the inputs, planning to drive to office(not sure how crazy is the traffic) but pretty flexible hours, doesn’t need to be in office by 9am.
