As long as stock market going up and job market is strong, housing market will be fine

H1B markets (far off from cities) are seeing a massive drops in prices. Rates drop might save market if at all that happens.

Surprisingly New homes are a lot cheaper than existing homes. Existing homes also correcting now. Job market is bad than what is projected. I think more pain to come in housing.
