Anthaa okay gaani India is a much better place anteene … yeedho theeda gaa vundhi… you might be Indian patriotic personality but thats not problem here. The only betterment India got is digital payments and instant home delivery of food and goods. Everything else is an example for disaster. Just 1 hour of rain … Bangalore, Hyd or Mumbai or Delhi.. most areas are inundated. Pollution…. No comments here.. Crowd and civic sense? I do mot need to talk about this.. He needs to step out to see how advanced countries are functioning. Indian mindset is one of the worst. No personal responsibility. Blame government for everything but they don't do even minor things for the sake of community or the nation. I was talking in terms of facilities for US return person. Someone with enough money to carve out a bubble in India. They can retire 10 years early if they move to India. Expensive healthcare and no support system here in US. Retirement life is also pretty bad. 20s and 30s are good though. 1 Quote

China went through the same and now their cities are clean. 5 years down the line we would see similar things in India due to EV revolution. Regarding things like schools not having playground....wouldn't affect a US return. Think objectivity and the answer is pretty clear. 5 years in India due to EV revolution. Man, you are drinking news kool-aid. If thats the case in 90's india and china were similar but things never took off in India. Also, this is PPP and not simple per capita. Per Capita chuste india will be evn poorer. Also if you remove top 1% from GDP calculations then India is close to subsaharan africa number. Country GDP per Capita (PPP, 2023) United States $74,578–$82,769 India $9,160–$10,166 India still has a long long way to catch up. Yes, things are bad in west but they are far worse in India especially if you are a simple working family. Neeku lands/real estate or running factory/business unte then its a different story in india. Quote

This whole positive narrative about India is leveraged by showing buildings in Gachibowli and Bangalore. In reality, these big rich cities do represent only 3% of our total population. Honestly let khangrsss win one term at the centre. People will cry a river for moving back to India. No matter how rich you are, you still can’t escape pollution and corruption in India. Our universities are not even competing in the pool of top 300 universities around the globe. Our average life span and per capita income is worse than Bangladesh. Khangress will implement reservations in all sectors if they are voted to power. Lastly, mullahs population is increasing a lot in India. That is destroying fabric of our soceity. Patriotism is not enough justification to cover up these issues. Quote

Highlight is Indians taking pride in GDP crossing japan or seeing ambani as richest person. Trust me I want india to be a success story so people like me do not have to leave their parents and move to a foreign country for better life for their kids but we have to live in reality. For a simple working family its not even close, living in India will be a daily struggle even for simple things. Quote

All boomers I know didn't eat out that often. They still cook ground up. India has better vegetables in quality and freshness. Most of the food on shelves in US are chemically treated and modified ones. Just look at beef steak tomatoes and seedless stuff when you go out for groceries, you will know. 1 Quote

People just look around and get caught with their pants down. This is a common behavior everywhere...even in investing. I have applied the same logic in investing and it worked wonders. Made me retire 15 years early. Maarandi konchem. Range of ev cars increased by 40% in last couple years. Solar subsidy has increased. Huge subsidy on ev cars. They reduced import tax on ev raw materials. Tata and Mahindra are competing neck to neck. Central govt gave 14k EV buses....2000 to Telangana. GDP percapita and all doesn't impact US return. They are not a simple working family. Quote
