Healthy levels of Vitamin D is needed for good testosterone levels, bone health and Thyroid levels. Unfortunately, Northern and NE states of US and pretty much all of Canada are sun starved. Even summers are being ruined by weather modification programs by governments, but that's a different story. There is no harm in ingesting more Vitamin D I'd say up to 50,000 IU per week is good as you'd roughly loose about 50% through oral route leaving only 50% being absorbed. That's 25,000 IU. Let's say you live in India and get 15-30 minutes of nice sun exposure everyday your Vitamin D would shoot up to 50,000 IU in a week easily naturally. I don't know if you observed it, your Erections will get rock harder and frequent morning woods in India usually. Sexual desire is also higher in India. One part do that is SUN LIGHT. Quote
