URGENT: How to transfer money from USA to UK GBP

Please help.

Some friends in USA transferring some 20k USD via Xoom...

The funds are blocked.

They have already done some 30k USD last month.

Are they tracking the money transfers done via XOOM ?

What are the other ways if this is not possible???

Why are the transactions blocked ? If the transaction is coming from a US bank, they wouldn't block it. They hold it till you and the other party show some identification and proof of funds. Ask them to check with Zoom customer service and see what needs to be done.
