The idea is to maintain Kamma caste unity, sort of Consolidation and make kammas rally behind Baboru and TDP or his alliance. DISOBEDIENCE will NOT be tolerated. Baboru has true rivalry only with Jagan. He never had any rivalry with Congress, BJP as he juggles between the two and needs tacit support of CPI and CPM who are pretty much sell outs. Quote
