According to this article, he was trying to converse in Haryanvi: NRI's Video Claims To Show Indian Man Handcuffed, Pinned To Floor At US Airport: "Treated Like A Criminal." So, he wasn't able to speak English? How did he even get the visa?

Wow! This is inhuman. They can simply deny his entry. Why are they treating him that way without any evidence of wrong doing?

like all 10 lak visa issues in past 5 years ,

I saw this kind of interview in line, At least this might might have happened for 5 % of those 10lak student interviews.
