india nunchi offshore client ki working prod team and she said they fix directly on prod without testing 

how come the prod DB access given to normal two year exp people? atla unnai situations, not just read, its write access lol

I asked who approve DB scripts? she replied I have access and i execute

It’s pretty common even at onsite - neney masth saarlu chesina 😂

Some of our applications and new systems, multiple environments peeki dobbinaru…esp automation. Direct deploy ae….console nundi direct deploy ae..of course they are not major applications but these are the one’s which had multiple environments before.

Na friends lo chala mandi teams ki WhatsApp groups lo prod issues discussions, screenshots, credential sharing etc etc… 

they are using WhatsApp as slack or teams..
