Background check information

Received a offer for fulltime position with Employer B. 
Actual start date is in August.. But they wanted to start the background check immediately. 

I have not mentioned about this to the the current employer A. (as it the start date is very far)
Does the background check trigger any unwanted issues for me with employer A ?

BGC lo employer A details ichava? Isthey obvious ga reach out avuthadu kada? Just consulting lo HireRight BGC aithe edho oka company details ichi manage cheyyochu if for FTE Employer A will be contacted.

BGC lo details itcha..they have an question "May we contact this employer now?".. I selected "No" for this option.

Even after doing this.. will they contact and enquire ?

They wont contact employer but will ask you to provide payslips w2 to verify employment

you can't escape anna they will call your first employer and verify .

W2 share chestha for current employer ani cheppu. That should do. I did it

Who said thy will contact? U can provide all the info and still say do not contact current employer. I have done this couple of years ago…notice ichaka current employer dont want me go..bgc anni ayyi inko 2 weeks lo start vundaga I said no to that new employer. Nothing affected.
