Call HR and say my boss is a micro manager and harassing me for every single thing… and add what he did to you to the list…

if u r prepared for everything then go to hr, otherwise ignore and work.

Ma company lo ma manager chala over action chesadu.. nenu senior dev..he started giving vibes like nenu manager nuvu employee.. i fought back… long story short… cut cheste recent ga employee voice survey jarigindi and company asked to give feedback on managers .. gattiga rasa.. turns out he got a low rating from everybody who works under him and changed his behavior.. thats a win.. luckily i had strong support from my po, pm so was able to tolerate.. and next year nunchi quarterly voice surveys untayanta managers ki.. so we will have a chance to give feedback..so.. corporate governance lo feedback mechanism unte use chey and if your colleagues are also feeling the same then may be a try a skip level meeting with proper documentation on the incidents.. also if you plan to stay in the job.. keep documenting every incident where you felt micro managed.. it may not help immediately but will build a case.. talk to chatgpt.. it gives very good advise.. at least it helped me.. and be prepared to leave and start searching..
