Mana Hyderabad lo kooda ila vuntundi baa.. aa Lingampally side.. but that is a T junction though if I remember correctly.. labor area laga vuntadi.. narrow bridge kooda.. or was it Secunderabad lo.. sarigga gurtu ledu.. mostly Lingampally side ee..

No. one and half lane on each side annattu gurtu. No dividers in between. Just yellow line. Yes. This flyover also had speed breakers. Now I am curious. Ee bridge gurinchi matladutunnano telusa?

Manaki flyovers mida T junctions and signals very  common.. lingampally lo okate pedda flyover undi called Nallagandla flyover

If there are turns, they have to maintain the curve and also pave the road with some super elevation to stop the car from falling down.. 

in the above case, if there are signals, the cars come to a full stop or go very slow due to speed breakers.. 

but here it is a full 90-120 degrees curve.. to and fro traffic ela turn avthaayo telidu on such a narrow bridge..
