FAA and NTSB will also participate in the investigation…it’s a standard procedure. As Boeing is made in USA, any fought crashed, NTSB and FAA will initiate an investigation along with the local authorities.

NTSB, yes…but not FAA…FAA’s jurisdiction stops after US airspace. NTSB may ask faa for support but cannot be part of the investigation officially.
