Indian men are equally strong given enough training, nutrition and rest. Especially if you're from Andhra, you're coming from the land of Kaliyuga Bheema Kodi RaM Moorthi Naidoo, Dandamudi Rajagopal, Kamineni Eswara Rao.Andhra village folks lift heavyweight stone with bare hands. I'm not even talking of taking supplements and steroids. It's just that bulk of IT folks make Indians look week and meek. On a side note, Men should particularly lift weights to keep testosterone levels, bone density and muscle mass. You will loose them as you age, you can only counter it with weights. Cardio and jogging will only make you age faster and give you joint problems. Long walks are good though. Quote

They're very accomplished strong men and weightlifters from Andhra. Sports are good. They only measure athleticism not strength. I'm not saying you will have low testosterone levels. I'm talking about general male population. Quote

But bulked up unna, because to push deadlift higher, you need more fat in your body and be calorie surplus. It helps with mechanical leverages when you're headed for PRs. Quote
