How does that change anything? The power to decide Capital always lies with incumbent state government. If incumbent govt. calls Kakinada as a capital, the center will work on administrative formalities to designate Kakinada as the Capital.

The only way BJP can ensure Amravathi as Capital is by giving terms to Jagan to accept it and go with it. Whether that happens or not needs to be seen.

What Tuesday stories, lol? Baboru, being CM himself is scared and not confident. Listen from him from 51.25 (timestamp).

Baboru and Venkata Kitta were discussing the same. Both were scared at the prospect of Jagan returning to power and changing capital.

They were scared of investments going back. In the video where did they talk about capital being shifted? If Jagan had the ability to move the capital, he would have done it between 2019-24.

Where exactly are prime investments flowing into? I already told why it was little slow last time. COVID for two years and then high court nuisance. Both are not there anymore. 

Look up GO2283 issued by Jagan govt. in Aug/September 2023. Election code and then subsequent electoral loss stopped him. If he comes to power again, he will start from where he stopped last time.  Which basically means he will confine Amravathi to only High court and Assembly and rest of the administration will be moved to Vishakapatnam.
