How does that change anything? The power to decide Capital always lies with incumbent state government. If incumbent govt. calls Kakinada as a capital, the center will work on administrative formalities to designate Kakinada as the Capital.

The only way BJP can ensure Amravathi as Capital is by giving terms to Jagan to accept it and go with it. Whether that happens or not needs to be seen.

If amaravathi is completed city ,all the other districts has to pay the interest for construction(loan) in the form of state tax  ,which benefits only few at the end few tdp binamis/few farmers who gave land and Loki babu receive unlimited funding for tdp from these beneficiaries even after CBN dies.Andhra people (99%) will loose and gain nothing.

If amaravathi fails ,tdp binamis and farmers are upset and Loki babu has fund party with either heritage legal funds or illegal Singapore accounts.Both cases Andhra people (100%)erripapale.😁

This is the unfortunate reality. TDP DBians are so much occupied with Amaravthi they forget the loan burden. This is on top of existing debt burden of Andhra. 

It's very rare for a government to recoup infrastructure costs, unless there is a toll type of system. Most of the time it's prime RE, that should fetch revenue, but that RE is not that hot in Amaravathi. Imagine they had to give land dead cheap for TCS in a city like Vizag, how many other tax incentives and RE incentives should ANDHRA govt. give in Amaravthi.

Yeah 💯, Ee capital city pichi Enti CBN ki 😥,modi and pk sanka nakataniki kuda ready , literally Loki babu future Kosam state ni ammesthunnadu. Should have gone with vizag and played it safe .There are lot developed countries like Austria and Switzerland with no major city has good economies. Unfortunately I have one of my close family as above mentioned beneficiaries 😁.I am encouraging him to sell land bring money overseas and get out of the scam city. It’s taking time to convince him as his eye sight glasses has yellow lens 🤣

If he is living abroad that's fine. But if he has ties and family in India, I suggest (free advice ,😁) to buy Gold + Bank of Maharastra fixed deposits for Seniors in India.
