E year idi try chesa .. okate application chesa for now.. but seems to be working.

I had the same issue before, and what really helped me was getting guidance from folks doing landscaping in Pompano Beach.

They shared that spot-treating with a non-selective herbicide where the Bermuda was growing wild worked better than pre-emergents alone.

Also, regular mowing at the right height makes a huge difference. Don’t skip dethatching if it’s gotten too thick — I didn’t realize that chokes out other grass too.
