It is to mention here that NWDA has already carried out feasibility studies of these links (even the draft DPR of Godavari Krishna Pennar Cauvery Vaigai Gundar link) and their broad parameters like divertible water available, possible storages, barrages and diversions points, canals and water transmission network along with their sizes and
capacities, targeted command areas and crop water requirements, domestic and industrial water requirements, ecological water requirements, groundwater scenarios in the command etc. have been assessed. However, these Feasibility Reports are to be brought up to date, to reflect the changed ground scenario (like new projects being taken up and previously proposed projects being modified dropped by respective state Govts. etc.,).

Kaleswaram was build to use telangana alloted water nothing more than alloted water to telangana please learn about it all projects in telangana is using alloted water by central govt in 1950s until 2018 no one from ap built a project to use alloted water of telangana to Telangana
