Salary wise it’s 18-20k. Good deal for the driver as well as he can do another part time job. Quote

Mid scale areas, 25-30k/month. 20k/month, its hard to find and even if you, they won’t stay for long…nit even few months. Check for local travel/uber drivers and make a deal with them that you will pay per day on day’s you need…Hiring a driver on monthly basis for 20-25k is not sustainable for the drivers and won’t stay for long. I tried bro for my same scenario. 25K in miyapur area but problem is driver started doing other jobs in between because my parents needed at max 10-12 days per month for hospital visits or functions. Basic ga you need to keep driver busy or else they will just take money and also start doing other things on side. So, now they have list of drivers who come on daily basis as needed. 1000-1500/day and also I showed and made them use Uber. That combination is much better than having a monthly driver with very little work. 1 Quote
