This is how TDP destroys the ecosystem of any region that they can't gel with

Giving land in prime areas for throw away areas is a scam in itself. Baboru is very good at that. Why can't government auction land in Vizag instead? What's this 99 cents lease stupidity?

It’s called building an economy and attracting companies to invest. Why would any company come to Andhra with less talent pool and lesser infrastructure (compared to other established cities) unless it’s offered some incentives.

It’s the price to pay for future development and jobs generation. Organic growth happens in that area.
I hope you know the difference between a sell and a lease.

lol 😂 Even LLM said it’s not clear .Why are you seeing only positive side in this ? IT boom happened in lot of cities ,Hyderabad is one of them . CBN just let that happen with better environment. For who ? Definitely not for you and me or for public .

He did let BOOM flourish I Hyderabad cause-

1. Land scams and binamis getting rich

2. Want some achievement to his name because he want people to forget vennuppotu episode after stealing party.Still to this day his media brain washing everyone about this .

3. Neutralized nandamuri threat posed to back power (lokesh marriage )

LLM can’t find scams ,so it’s just one meter.Chill out CBN poses as statesman but he is scamster

Let me correct it for you. All politicians are corrupt.

When did I say I took only positives from it? I said I completely agree with its assessment.

White collar crimes are a side effect of growth and development. It happens all over the world. CBN, Jagan, YSR, Dora and pretty much all politicians do that. I don’t endorse that, but it does not mean I am not practical.

Let’s assume you are parctical, what happenes if there is no IT boom?Whats your argument? Letting things happens aka environment for dot com boom can be done by regular MBA.We don’t have to believe chest thumping PR for CBN from his media.this narrative have malicious intentions behind it is what I am trying to say👍

It’s all about opportunity and making the best use of it, not whether it’s IT or something else.
Based on your LLM, he took advantage of the opportunity with policies and aggressive promotions and his successors continued.
I give kudos to not just HYD and the governance but all cities (Blr, Delhi NCR, Pune, etc) and their governance that took advantage of the policies.

I give credit to CBN, YSR, and Dora for HYD current shape.

You should see where The discussion started - the investments that’s come to vizag and as usual ppl throwing mud on it and the group turning it towards CBN.

I have said enuf on this topic. Enjoy the rest of your week.

It’s something.

I wish India focuses on technology development rather than services going forward. The opportunities to grow are endless now.
It needs people’s support and unity.

How did the land become prime to start with?

Ok I will ask you something, sell your house to me for 99 cents so that I can turn it into a library and will develop the education standards of the apartment you're living in. Please.

Library is not something that would generate a lot of revenue/growth. It’s a necessity for community that a local govt should provide.

Come up with a better plan when I am a public representative. If your proposal is worth considering, it will be approved after taking a decision with others.

Dont mix personals with governance. Basics 101 you are missing.

Many companies invested in Andhra. It's not like there aren't any.  If you're specific to IT, all those companies that Baboru is giving land at a throw away price sheerly operate on cheap labour basis. These are jobs that even at the risk of complete automation.

When did these deadend IT service companies create a big economy? Who told you there is not enough talent pool in Andhra. These same grads go to Hyd and Bengaluru for the same jobs.

99 year lease is throwing it away. You and I and Baboru(unless he's a Vampire) won't be alive to see the day.

Market economics. Demand and supply curve demands it.  Which is why I said, why can't government auction it instead?

Why not give land in remote North Andhra for throw away price ? Why prime city of Vishakapatnam? The entire city development owes to Shipyard, Naval base. Vizag was already well developed city in early 2000s. The first time I recall going to vizag was when I went to Naval hospital to give my RIMC medical examination for admission there. That's back  in 2002, it's already a well developed city then. Baboru has very little to do with it, except snatching away land.

Do some research on Dallas and Austin. Why they grew so much in recent years.

How the govt attracted companies with tax breaks, cash grants to companies, property tax breaks, skills development funds to develop skills.
A lot of companies moved, followed with employment growth, real estate growth, consumer spending, etc.
