He had to relocate to back to California for work from office.. listed home in market for over 4 months now.. No offers and he is getting angry every day by day.. after doing price reductions also no offers.. They did lot of show off in kitty parties and went back to apartment renting in California. He don't want to sell for loss but market is bad and cannot rent home in that area because of high property taxes and high interest rates. he is in the DB .. so cannot post Zillow link here anna. 1 Quote
