This is really wrong information.. 

Center wanted to build West Bypass between 2015 - 2019 time itself.

West Bypass was rejected by CBN's earlier tenure. CBN wanted a 1000 crore iconic bridge but wanted the center to build it. Center was ready to pay only 200 crores and was ok with the iconic bridge if AP govt makes up the rest.

So TDP pro media, mainly ABN, badmouthed the project that how can a city's Bypass go through another city's center.

Only after Jagan came to power, was the west bypass approved and the bridge and most part was mostly completed that time itself by the Center again.
