Calling DB Hyd RE experts. What's the ask price per Sq.Yd  in these areas like. I know the RE in Hyd has slowed down, thinking of right time to strike. Budget of 1-1.5 Cr. Looking for a decent land size 150-250 sq.yd. Goal is to construct a compact house for myself with access to ORR and West Hyderabad.

Hyd RE is done and dusted. Seeing the exponential IT growth in amaravati its not right time to invest in Hyd. Almost every week oka IT company coming to AP providing thousands of jobs

Finding individual piece of land will be very hard in that area. Mostly you will find 111 go land in acres  with acre costing between 5 to 10 crores. Little bit more towards Narsing and Kokapet you will either find high rise apartments or villas in gated communities. Apartments min 1.5 c villas min 10c

How to identify which are not part of GO111 ? I mean any website to filter it out preliminarily, instead of going to municipality and revenue offices?

If you are able to stretch until kismatpur, there is a venture Manasa Hills, right opposite the Himayatsagar view point and on an elevation. Completely surrounded by greenery, water body and restricted use of land. Agri university, reserve forest spread in 1000’s of acres so even in future, this region will not get over crowded and minimum lo fresh air and water availability guaranteed.

And if you are okay looking further down south, check Fort Grand. This is also land locked on three sides, with a hill on one side, osman sagar on the other two sides..

Its in shamshabad but has ORR service road just outside the community…so easy commute.

yeah, i found manasa hills price is constlier than kismatpur.. ento logic, ardam kale..

and kismatpur suncity area lo water problem undi.. couple of weeks back i was checking RE there.
