I know the RE in Hyd has slowed down, thinking of right time to strike. Budget of 1-1.5 Cr. Looking for a decent land size 150-250 sq.yd. Goal is to construct a compact house for myself with access to ORR and West Hyderabad. Quote

Little bit more towards Narsing and Kokapet you will either find high rise apartments or villas in gated communities. Apartments min 1.5 c villas min 10c 1 Quote

If you are able to stretch until kismatpur, there is a venture Manasa Hills, right opposite the Himayatsagar view point and on an elevation. Completely surrounded by greenery, water body and restricted use of land. Agri university, reserve forest spread in 1000’s of acres so even in future, this region will not get over crowded and minimum lo fresh air and water availability guaranteed. This is also land locked on three sides, with a hill on one side, osman sagar on the other two sides.. Its in shamshabad but has ORR service road just outside the community…so easy commute. Quote
