Bro, irrespective of party affiliation, do you support this pooling idea again? Why can’t the city have natural growth like that of Hyd? Why should the govt have all the land control? It took decades for Hyd to be what it is today. Similarly, Amaravati also will develop and will take time. But I am not sure why the govt is so interested in this land pooling/grabbing idea. If a company wants to establish its firm in Amaravathi, can’t they buy it directly from the land owners, why should the govt have control there?

I support the first pooling but the 2nd,,but looks like now the outer ring road is approved gov want to club the area between core area and outer
