yes....but only until Supreme court can make a ruling on this.....and if the ruling is to squash the EO, none of these will be in effect and status quo continues. I doubt if they would go against the 14th ammendment, coz its clearly written without any scope for ambiguity...."any person born on the territorial soil of the United States is considered a US citizen"....what is there to further interpret?
