You will get Indian passport before that. How can you enroll your kid at school without passport. How can they travel to India. Can we wait without applying for Indian passport for next 4 years?

 

And once you get Kndian passport, you are jneligible for US passport. Because dual citizenship is not allowed

Kid will not have SSN. Kid won’t be able to travel in the mean time. Won’t they accrue illegal stay accurence if the SSN and Passport are denied at federal level.
