Today's Ruling on birthright citizenship by Supreme Court. What to understand?

kottukokandi vayya. here are actual interpretations of ruling:

• lower courts does not have power to issue blanket injunction on president EO. They can only block only to individual parents or parties who effected by this EO.
• Case has given another 30 days to club all lawsuits or injunction requests or other legal challenges to be clubbed together under one petition.
• After 30 days from June 27, trump administration may push policy in parts of country to block requests in regards to granting birthright citizenship. So watchout for policy that may take effect from July 27th.
• Supreme court will rule on this in October 2025 during next session which will start from October 6 as per DOJ. (Case not listed yet in SCOTUS Fall list of cases to hear).

I think many people don't understand the thing about boc .. most of citizenship laws are already stringent. but dems out of sympathy gave freebie citizenship to too many non-working class asses. now working class will be effected because of these nonsense. last ki aa verri pushpams happy ga ne untaru .. working class naa ghar ga naa ghat ka.. ippudu evado vacchi laws follow avvandi antadu we have to be more disciplined. I would say avoid social media altogether because n one knows which document ends up randomly on your profile.

Passport apply cheyakapothe emi avuthundhi? Birth certificate issued by state. Federal level lo daaniki policy ledu. EO vesi states ni dictate cheyaleru. Birth certificate pettukoni untaru unnanni rojulu. Edho oka roju EO reverse avvane avuthundi.
