Citizenship is a federal matter. States can give a birth certificate but not SSN or passport. Birth certificate without a SSN is as good as any paper.

The effective date of the EO is Feb 19 2025. The supreme court will hear the constitutional Merits in October. After that this may happen.

They are trying to reinterpret the 14 th amendment. If you look at the chronology of this entire issue and how this is moving , you can see where this will end.

They knew that the injections would come and they planned for Supreme Court intervention.
