Bad days for Dallas real estate

Dallas real estate will take a hit. Texas is a red state. I’m not saying existing buyers will sell their houses. 
 

But Young couples will stay away for sure. Not worth it anymore for them. Less demand in the future

. overall economy bagokunte yes there will be foreclosures etc. h1b's are just a fraction of the population. don't think they will affect anything

We bid higher than average American families increasing the prices. An immigrant can sell all his belongings in their native country and invest in USA thus increasing prices. That’s what happened in Canada. There are atleast 500k h1b/l1b  families buying their 1st or 2nd homes. Competing for same homes anna.

H1b percentage is less than 1%

Immigrants increase prices. 500k aiming for same good  neighborhood in creases prices.
