Consequences means depend on the damage right? Minor scratches means nothing or total then insurance hike

the least I am worried about is insurance hike. I have never received a court citation or such. Does it comes up every time a background check is done for employment or federal bg check for security clearance?

Ivvi traffic cases. These doesn't matter in  your bgi or sci, unless it is a dui.

If this is first time.. get an attorney try to get it waived... admit that it is a honest mistake and you will participate in defensive drive courses ... you will get lucky.

Insurance will go up but manageable unless you are living on paycheck to paycheck...

I called some local attorney and he said he would charge 2500 but it won’t make much difference
